1. Scope of Services
Curivohorizn Escapes Ltd. acts as an editorial curator and boutique concierge broker connecting clients with licensed maritime charters, luxury boutique hotels, and private cultural tour guides across the Maltese archipelago.
2. Booking Confirmations & Deposits
All private experience reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of confirmation, with full settlement due 14 days prior to departure date unless otherwise stipulated in individual vessel agreements.
3. Maritime & Weather Contingencies
Private yacht charters and marine cave itineraries are subject to sea state and safety assessments by licensed vessel captains. If weather conditions prevent safe navigation to Comino or Gozo, an alternative land-based itinerary or rescheduled sea window will be provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All editorial photography, bespoke articles, design layout, and iconography on curivohorizn.com are protected under international copyright law and remain the property of Curivohorizn Escapes Ltd.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts in Valletta.
